The Commercial Account Manager is fundamental in achieving company growth and managing the business with leading brands that impact the lives of millions of consumers all over the globe. The Commercial Account Managers role is to manage commercial operations and develop the international pipeline through new licensing and distribution opportunities. This includes coordinating numerous activities from market analysis through to product launch and post market evaluation to ensure customers and end consumers are receiving the highest quality product proposition. A successful commercial strategy and execution will result in new strategic partners, geographic expansion, new product development opportunities, high customer satisfaction and double digit revenue growth among others. For years, we have been breaking the rules in self-care by delivering unconventional product concepts to global leading brands such as Strepsils, Scholl, Walgreens Boots, Tetesept and Urgo. Establish commercial strategy and manage the activities to achieve ambitious growth targets. Manage client accounts to ensure operational activities are executed and strategic targets are achieved in compliance with forecasts and agreements. Evaluate the market and identify business opportunities to build the innovation pipeline and support the new product development process. Structure and negotiate commercial agreements for licensing, distribution and development opportunities. Ensure new product launches are managed and all launch dates are achieved. Report progress to the management team; including, but not limited to analysis of sales, forecasts, and client profitability. Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, RD, supply, regulatory and quality.
