- You will join our Data Analytics team in Krakow, part of Service Excellence and Innovation department. responsibilities :
- As a Data Analyst at Lundbeck, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global data strategy. You will have the opportunity to develop and enhance data reporting and analytics, create impactful dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making. This role is crucial for driving innovation and improving business outcomes, making it an exciting opportunity for professional growth and development. You will ensure that best practices are followed and contributing to the continuous improvement of our data analysis function.
requirements-expected :
- 3+ years of experience in BI and data analytics
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence/Process Mining tools (e.g. QPR, SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI, AFO).
- Strong data modeling skills, including query creation and maintenance
- Experience in SQL
- Working knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA) and Eclipse IDE
- Experience in creating dashboards and reports based on business requirements
- Ability to provide data-driven recommendations and support strategic decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and workflows
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable way.
