ABOUT THE ROLE - Mechanical CompletationCoordinator We are seeking an experienced Mechanical &Completion Coordinator to join a major Oil & Gas project. Theselected candidate will be responsible for supervising mechanicalconstruction activities and managing all mechanical completionphases up to handover to the commissioning team. We have to coverthis position by mid-June. Job Location: Marina di Ravenna (RA)Responsibilities: - Coordinate site mechanical works (piping,static and rotating equipment, steel structures) duringconstruction and pre-commissioning phases. - Supervisesubcontractors, ensuring progress aligns with project schedule,budget, and quality standards. - Manage mechanical completiondocumentation: checklists, MC dossiers, punch lists, test andinspection certificates. - Interface with multidisciplinary teams(instrumentation, electrical, process) to ensure full integrationof plant systems. - Support the commissioning team during themechanical-to-commissioning handover process. - Attend coordinationmeetings and progress reviews with the client, engineering teams,and site management. - Monitor and enforce HSE standards duringsite activities. - Update CMS (Completion Management Systems) andissue MCC (Mechanical Completion Certificates) as per systemturnover procedures. Requirements: - Technical diploma or degree inMechanical Engineering or equivalent. - Minimum 10 years ofexperience in field coordination/supervision in Oil & Gasconstruction projects. - Strong knowledge of plant construction,mechanical erection, and completion workflows. - Familiarity withinternational codes and standards (ASME, API, EN) and HSEregulations. - Ability to read and manage technical documentation:P&IDs, layouts, isometrics, MTOs, IFC drawings. - Excellentfield coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills. -Proficient in spoken and written English. - Knowledge of completionmanagement tools (e.g. WinPCS, ProCoSys) is a plus.
