Scope:
The Aftersales Engineer is responsible for ensuring the technical compliance of spare parts and service projects, both internally within the company and as the primary technical interface with customers. This role involves managing technical challenges and providing technical support to clients during site and field operations. The Aftersales Engineer is also tasked with troubleshooting and conducting technical root cause analysis of failures on ATVs products, all while maintaining a strong orientation toward project success and maintaining the company''s reputation.

Education, preconditions (if any) and previous experience:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Preferrable with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar role
Knowledges:
Fluent English
CAD software
Tools for the analytical calculation and stress analysis
Properties of the materials and related specifications
Root Cause Analysis methods (8D, Ishikawa Diagram, etc)
