Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a panel of participants or audience members for events, surveys, and research projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit, retain, and engage audience members.
- Coordinate audience logistics for live and virtual events, including registration, communication, and feedback collection.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling outreach materials.
- Analyze audience data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of panelist/audience details and interactions.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all audience members, from initial contact to post-event follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in audience management, panel coordination, events, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM and audience management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
