If you are interested in this position, please submit your CV in English!Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding a strong profit and loss account, balance sheet, and free cash flow - management side. Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data. Prepare reliable budgets, establish schedules and timing. Analyze, consolidate, and provide recommendations to senior management. Ensure reporting output (recurrent and ad-hoc) to senior management and the EMEA management board is of the highest standard, easy to understand, and fit for purpose. Improve existing reporting processes and systems to enhance efficiency. Build strong relationships with the senior management team to support CFO, CSO, and other senior managers (such as operations, logistics, and R&D Directors) in decision-making. Contribute to the Group Transformation Program and support transformation initiatives. Collaborate with local accounting and billing teams to support integration between accounting, tax, and finance. Secure financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.Competency / Skill RequirementsStrong commitment to providing first-rate financial support and business partnership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels. Ability to communicate both business and financial issues effectively. Strong organizational skills, capable of balancing demands and working under tight deadlines with initiative. Analytical and business modeling skills. Knowledge of International Accounting Standards. Ability to analyze details and synthesize information.Education Qualifications / Experience RequirementsBachelors degree in accounting or finance. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in controlling, finance, or FP&A. Experience working with multiple legal entities in an international matrix environment. Previous experience in a large or listed company environment is advantageous.IT SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills. Proficiency in other office software such as Word and Outlook. Mandatory experience with SAP. Knowledge of Power BI and Cognos TM1 is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
