Project Manager
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of radar and defense systems projects, ensuring that they meet operational goals, timelines, and budgets. Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead project planning, including defining milestones, setting deadlines, resource allocation, and developing project schedules.
Oversee the execution of the radar systems and defense projects, ensuring they meet the defined scope.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, field service personnel, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals.
Identify potential risks and issues and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure that systems are properly integrated, tested, and optimized before deployment. Manage qualification testing and commissioning processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the radar systems, electronics, or defense industries, ideally within naval or military sectors.
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of radar systems and their application in defense environments. Electronics knowledge is a bug plus.
Experience managing full project lifecycles, from concept through to delivery, including integration, testing, and maintenance.
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required due to client and stakeholder interaction in German-speaking regions.
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, etc.).
