We are looking for a Credit Specialist(Fixed-Term) to join our team. Reporting to the Credit Manager,this role involves managing assigned accounts to minimize overduepayments and support collection activities. Key responsibilitiesinclude resolving disputes, reviewing credit reports, and providingrecommendations on credit approvals. Strong analytical skills areessential for monitoring accounts receivable, identifying areas forimprovement, and preparing reports for management.Responsibilities: - Responsible for monitoring and maintainingassigned accounts. - Accountable for reducing delinquency forassigned accounts. - Providing support to customer serviceregarding collection issues, client discrepancies and shortpayments. - Support the critical relationship with internal andexternal stakeholders, specifically with Legal Firm and CreditCollectors, to provide any needed information to resolve disputeditems and issues with customers. - Daily review activity aboutorders on hold for reasons such as i.e. delinquent balances,balances exceeding credit limits, in order to determine whetherorders can be released, or consequently set expectations as to whataction items must be taken to resume shipping. - Evaluates creditreports and other customer information and provides recommendationsregarding establishment of credit within the company guidelines. -Use Analytical skills to monitor Ageing Reports and identifyproblem areas and demonstrate a proactive approach to implementeffective solutions. - Produce ad hoc reports as required bymanager. Qualifications: - Bachelor''s or Master''s degree inEconomics or related fields Required Skills : - Good knowledge ofthe MS Office suite - Familiar with SAP Preferred Skills: -Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Customerorientation, strong teamwork skills, and problem-solving abilities- Customer service mindset - Able to work effectively in virtualand multi-disciplinary teams - Self-motivated and positive: has awinning attitude and demonstrates a commitment to goals andpersonal development
