The company is looking for a Lead Development Representative, based in Barcelona, to be responsible for validating incoming leads and scheduling appointments. You will be contributing to the success of the company, and have great development possibilities.
Main Responsibilities
Work autonomously and use initiative for day-to-day tasks, aligning with strategic guidanceValidate and allocate incoming requestsCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to respond and qualify (warm) leadsAllocate incoming leads as opportunities for timely follow-upUpdate and maintain Salesforce.com accuratelyReceive guidance and coaching from the manager for task recommendations and assignments

Native level of DutchFull professional level of EnglishExperience in a target-driven, lead generation environment (preferable)Personal characteristics: target-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, self-motivated, emotionally intelligent, and business-savvyStrong planning skills, prioritization, and meeting deadlinesEffective communication in both verbal and written formBuilding effective internal relationships with key stakeholdersResilient under pressure, committed to team goals, and timely delivery
