AtFoodiverse, we are looking for a highly experienced Quality professional to lead and align our standards across international sites. This is a key role within amultinational, multi-site, and structured organization, ideally suited to someone with a background in thefresh food industry .What we offer:A stable project in a growing international food group.Dynamic, cross-functional, and collaborative work environment.Career development and continuous training opportunities.Strategic involvement in Group-level quality decisions.Competitive compensation package and regular international travel.Key Responsibilities:Ensure implementation and alignment of Group quality standards across all international sites.Oversee and coordinate internal and external audits.Manage decentralized quality teams with functional reporting lines.Consolidate and analyze key quality indicators; lead corrective and preventive actions.Ensure compliance with international standards and certifications (IFS, BRC, ISO, HACCP).Lead responses to customer and consumer complaints at Group level.Drive continuous improvement and innovation in quality systems and processes.Collaborate closely with Operations, RD, and Production to ensure consistency across functions.Prepare and report quality performance and KPIs to senior management and key stakeholders.Support training and development plans for local quality teams to ensure alignment with Group goals.Requirements:University degree in Quality, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.Proven experience inmultinational, professionalized companies with multiple production sites .Deep knowledge ofinternational quality and food safety standards(IFS, BRC, HACCP, ISO, etc.).Experience managinginternational or remote teamswith functional reporting.Fluent inEnglish(mandatory); Germanis a plus.Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing abilities.Willingness to travelat least 33% of the timeinternationally.Previous experience in thefresh food sectoris highly valued (e.G., fresh produce, ready-to-eat).Are you ready to take on a global challenge and make a real impact on food quality?
