Job Location Amsterdam, Netherlands Experience (Years): 10 years Pay Rate TBN Start Date - ASAP 6 Months Contract Renewable As an Agile Project Lead, you play a crucial role in successfully leading the IAM transformation program. With your experience in project management and knowledge of IAM processes, you ensure that the implementation of various IAM solutions runs efficiently, in a structured manner, and according to plan. Competencies ~ Agile Specialisation Essential Skills Experience in project management and IAM processes Ability to lead IAM solution implementations effectively and efficiently HBO/WO work and thinking level, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar field At least 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management, preferably within IAM and IT domains Experience leading complex transformation programs Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and processes, including: ~ Single Sign-On, Access Governance, Role-Based Access Control, Identity Governance, Certificate Management, Privilege Access Management Familiarity with tools such as: ~ Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, Excel Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English Strong stakeholder management and experience working in a matrix organization Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on collaboration
