Your Responsibilities | Law Lawyer IT/IP GDPR Data Protection - Litigation

• Advise and assist a broad range of clients in areas related to drafting IT processes and agreements, data protection, intellectual property, and technology contracts.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, licensing contracts, and data protection documentation (including ensuring GDPR compliance).
• Support litigation or pre-litigation procedures in relation to IP/IT matters.
• Stay current on technological legal developments and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Participate in client development initiatives and help reinforce the visibility of the practice.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Law Lawyer IT/IP GDPR Data Protection - Litigation

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT/IP law, ideally within a law firm or a specialized in-house legal team.
• You are ideally admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (or another EU bar with eligibility).
• You are fluent in both French and English, and comfortable advising clients in both languages.
• You enjoy working on complex legal issues and want to keep improving your knowledge in a constantly evolving field.
• You are organized, precise, and take ownership of your files while also appreciating teamwork dynamics.
