The position offers a great opportunity for professional development.The responsibilities for this role include:Ensure the efficient and smooth operational and commercial handling of the existing portfolio in Italy, including communication with brokers and clients plus internal stakeholders.Manage the related operational processes, update the relevant policy documentation, monitor the account and portfolio profitability, and support the responsible underwriter in taking remedial actions where required.Contribute to the profitable and sustainable growth of the WSP profit center in Italy by providing cross-functional support especially on the following activities:Develop internal and external communication materials (presentations, reports, etc.)Prepare and participate in meetings with prospects, clients, and brokers to promote the WSP offering.Assist in the underwriting of affinity risks in accordance with AIG WSP set of guidance.Be instrumental in the process of launching new programs i.e. liaise with the responsible internal AIG teams and ensure the proper coordination of information with internal and external stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, claims etc.), ensure the implementation of internal processes, draft information notices and contracts before validation by Legal.Contribute to innovation projects and alike.What were looking for:Strong technical, analytical, and commercial skills.Convincing interpersonal and communication capabilities.Can-do mentality and true team spirit.Solid and developable presentation skills.Degree in Legal and/or Business Studies, preferably with insurance background.Several years of insurance experience; ideally with underwriting experience.Good business understanding combined with high service orientation and responsiveness.Ability to work in a team and independently and to grasp things quickly.Very good knowledge of Italian and English.Very good knowledge of MS Office and affinity for digital platforms.We are an Equal Opportunity EmployerIt has been and will continue to be the policy of American International Group, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
