Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting for a ICT DESK GOVERNANCE ANALYST The resource will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our ICT service desk operations and collaboration within our global IT support teams. The candidate will work on key performance indicators (KPIs) reports, on service desk governance framework and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires an analytical mindset, communication skills, and a passion for smart, streamlined procedures that automate and simplify processes. MAIN ACTIVITIES&, RESPONSIBILITIES supporting KPI management, governance and process adherence, communication with stakeholders, continuous improvement efforts team collaboration. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred. Experience within a service desk environment or in a comparable analytical role. ITIL certification is preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of IT workplace environments. Good verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
