Job description Are you highly organized, people-oriented, and fluent in German? Then this opportunity could be a great fit. As an Order Accounts Coordinator , you would play a key role in ensuring that stairlifts are delivered and installed on time while also keeping administrative processes running smoothly. You will communicate daily with customers, suppliers, and technicians, acting as the essential link between sales, operations, and finance. Key Responsibilities: This is a dynamic role that keeps things moving behind the scenes. No two days are the same. The successful candidate will: Coordinate order processing and schedule stairlift installation appointments. Ensure that technicians are fully prepared before heading out. Monitor delivery times and proactively step in when needed. Communicate with customers via phone and email in both German and Dutch . Follow up on outstanding invoices and set up payment agreements where necessary. Maintain accurate records in internal systems. Support the German office when colleagues are absent. Requirements The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, and comfortable handling multiple tasks at once. They will also: Speak and write fluent German and Dutch . Have experience in an administrative or planning role . Be customer-focused, independent, and well-organized. Working conditions In this role, you would start on a temporary contract via Undutchables, with the intention to extend for a long-term. Next to this, here are the specifics: A varied position for 2032 hours per week (ideally spread across 5 working days) Hybrid working options after the training period. 25 holiday days, based on full-time.
