Your mission: As the Chief InformationSecurity Officer (CISO) at bpost, you will lead the development andexecution of a comprehensive information security strategy thatprotects our critical information assets. Working closely with theGroup CISO, you will ensure consistent application of globalsecurity standards and provide leadership on cybersecurity risks.Your key responsibilities include: 1. Further develop and maintaina state-of-the-art Information Security Risk Management Frameworktailored to bpost. 2. Drive the execution of security programs andcontribute to cybersecurity projects. 3. Ensure compliance withlocal regulations such as GDPR, NIS2, and DORA. 4. Lead incidentresponse efforts and manage timely escalation of securityincidents. 5. Collaborate closely with ICT, Legal, Compliance,Privacy, and other teams to promote a culture of cybersecurity.Your profile: At bpost, we value diversity in skills andbackgrounds. We are looking for candidates with the followingqualifications: 1. Masters degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 2. Over 10 years ofexperience in a CISO function. 3. Certifications such as CISM,CISA, CISSP, are a plus. 4. Expertise in global securityframeworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR). 5. Proficiency in securitytechnologies (SIEM, firewalls, encryption, cloud security, ). 6.Fluent in Dutch, French, and English. 7. Strong leadership,communication, and collaboration skills.
