Our client Our client is a leading company in the real estate sector, specializing in the development, investment, and management of commercial properties across Europe. Responsibilities: Manage administrative and accounting processes, including posting invoices, preparing payments to suppliers, and handling travel expenses postings. Prepare and control the annual budget for the designated country. Control and prepare data related to taxes (VAT, property tax, water tax) and provide it to the Tax Advisor. Verify documentation provided by external agents (auditors, tax administration, banking). Prepare monthly and yearly closing of accounts. Participate in monthly reporting and audits. Collaborate with suppliers and tax authorities. Work closely with the Amsterdam Team and Corporate departments. Who We Need: Education: Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar field. Solid knowledge of Dutch accounting regulations. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. Strong knowledge of administrative requirements related to tax filing, relations with Public Administrations, and presentation of annual accounts. Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English and Dutch. Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP desirable). Others: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Proficiency in accounting software and systems is essential. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.
