For more information, visit www.keywordsstudios.com.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payment Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in payment processing and bank reconciliation. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely payments, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain precise financial records. This role demands a strong understanding of payment systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Payment Processing:Process and execute various payments, including ACH and wire transfers.Verify and validate payment requests for accuracy.Maintain detailed records of all payment transactions.Troubleshoot and resolve payment discrepancies.Bank Reconciliation:Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.Identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records.Prepare reconciliation reports.Investigate and resolve outstanding items.Compliance:Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to payments and financial reporting.Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry standards in Europe and North America.Assist during audits as required.System and Process Improvement:Recommend enhancements to payment and reconciliation processes.Support the implementation of new payment systems or software.Document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).Communication and Collaboration:Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, banks, and other stakeholders.Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth payment operations.Respond to inquiries regarding payments and reconciliations.Minimum requirements include:Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).3-5 years of relevant experience.Proficiency in payment systems such as ACH, wire transfers, and credit card processing.Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP and advanced Excel skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.Preferred skills include experience with CITI and HSBC banks, TMS software, and fraud prevention knowledge.
