We are looking for a highly qualified and certified Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile processes in a cross-functional and virtual team. Leading Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Identifying, managing, and resolving impediments while driving process improvements.
Certified Scrum Master (SAFe or advanced certification preferred).
Fluent English proficiency in both speaking and writing.
Solid technical understanding and ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
Proven experience in fostering collaboration, leading agile events, and driving continuous improvement.
Proficiency in JIRA or similar Agile project management tools.
Private medical care (Medicover) and Multisport card.
