Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer Funds Real Estate Corporate Legal
- You will be in charge of the corporate governance of regulated Real Estate Funds.
- The organization of, and attendance to, board meetings will fall under your tasks. You will also draft the minutes, which is why a very good level of English is mandatory. You also liaise with third parties, service providers, investors and so on.
- You work closely with the manager of the team as well as another junior.
Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer Funds Real Estate Corporate Legal
- For this position, we are seeking a Senior Corporate Officer who has acquired at least 5 years ofexperience in Luxembourg in the corporate/legal field. You have acquired this experience ideally inhouse (asset manager, AIFM) but experience in a service provider can also be taken into account.
- You have vast experience with regulated investment funds and you are 100% autonomous in handling their corporate lifecycle.
- Having obtained a Bachelors or Masters degree in Law is a really strong asset, but not a must.
- You should have a very good command of English (written and oral) allowing you to excel in an international workplace. Knowledge of French or German will be a very strong asset.
- You are looking for a company that will offer you a healthy work/life balance and interesting responsibilities, and not necessarily a company where you will have strong career evolution prospects.
