You will build relationships with restaurant partners in your area, enhance our value proposition for customers, and identify growth opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building and data-driven insights. You will be based in Florence or nearby.What You''ll DoBecome the local expert for your city(s), understanding the restaurant industry and representing Deliveroo locally.Use data insights to enhance our customer proposition neighborhood by neighborhood.Manage top restaurant partners, lead negotiations, and optimize partner performance for growth.Coordinate and drive local account management to develop local hero brands.Design and execute city signing-up strategies to ensure success.Own the citys P&L, understanding KPIs and influencing key metrics.Map out local sales strategies, identify gaps, and focus areas.Improve the local customer experience through knowledge of local markets, optimizing restaurant operations, and collaborating with regional teams.Maximize marketing opportunities by encouraging restaurant participation.RequirementsAt least 4 years of experience in account/relationship management, sales, or strategy roles.Results and target-oriented mindset.Understanding of P&L management.Business acumen and data-driven approach.Ability to work both in the field (2-3 days/week) and remotely.Strong relationship-building and communication skills via face-to-face, phone, or email.Why Deliveroo?Our mission is to transform shopping and eating by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops, and riders.
