Established in 1991, we serve enterprises, providers of business services, country organizations and private equity firms in six continents across all industry categories.Job Overview:This position will have primary responsibility for the coordination, implementation and general management of HR activities for the Operations client base, including the Technical Professional Development Program. The individual?s primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:? Spearheading organizational and leadership development effort, including program management of the Technical Professional Development Program? Acting as the liaison between line management and Talent Acquisition for recruiting activities? Handling the formulation of internal offers, promotions and equity adjustments within company guidelines, orienting new supervisors and managers on standard processes/policies/practices? Coaching managers in handling employee relations and performance management/development activities? Facilitating resolution to employee relations concerns? Conducting data analysis to improve operations? Conducting exit interviews and handling leave of absence requests.Position will also support implementation of standard processes such as succession and workforce planning, Merit Budget planning, and the facilitation of the rewards and recognition process.Skills/Experience/Education? Relevant training/education in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations or Psychology or related business field? Minimum of 1 5 years of Human Resources experience, either in a generalist capacity with experience across multiple disciplines (compensation, staffing, learning and development, OD, and/or employee relations, etc.) or in-depth knowledge of a specific discipline.? Demonstrated experience using inter-personal, consultative, leadership and problem analysis/solving skills. Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple locations and levels throughout the organization is required.?
