Job Title: Cost and Resource SpecialistOn behalf of our client, a global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is seeking a Cost and Resource Specialist to join an exciting and dynamic working environment.Responsibilities:The following responsibilities may apply in whole or in part, depending on the functional CRSs organization, and are performed under the coordination of a CRC:Functional cost, investment, and workload planning:Collect information related to functional costs and resources for planning, liaising with relevant stakeholders and PMs, and organizing internal budgeting meetings for accurate data collection.Gather and submit justifications for cost plan deviations from previous baselines to R&D P&C.Functional actual cost and investment recognition and justification:Prepare and review functional Purchase Requisitions (PRs) within the corporate ERP, ensuring correctness and timely submission.Compile documentation supporting Management Approval of PRs.Perform year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with statutory and tax procedures.Track deviations of actual vs. baseline spending and communicate significant information effectively to the P&C team.Functional Resource Breakdown Structure (RBS) update and Timecard filling:Communicate changes in the RBS to the DBK team for system reflection.Monitor and facilitate monthly workload tracking through timecard submissions by employees and external consultants.Requirements and Skills:Basic accounting skills.Basic knowledge of the drug development process in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong communication and analytical skills.Proficiency in office procedures.Skilled in corporate systems: Planisware and SAP.Support end-users in SAP ERP usage, in coordination with CRC.Type of Contract:Maternity replacement under a chemical contract.IQVIA reserves the right to evaluate candidates based on domicile, residence, work experience, and studies.
