Are you a student passionate about Human Resources? Weare looking for an intern for our Human Resources Team! You willhave the opportunity to actively collaborate with our HR team,supporting us in the implementation of initiatives aimed atattracting and retaining top talent. Activities: - Support inpublishing and managing job postings across various channels(online portals, social media, etc.). - Screening of curriculavitae and support in the evaluation of applications. - Phonecontact with candidates to schedule introductory interviews. -Participation in selection interviews (alongside the team). -Updating the candidate database and managing documentation relatedto selection processes. - Active sourcing of potential candidates(talent scouting) through various tools and platforms. - Support indrafting reports and presentations related to recruitingactivities. - Collaboration with the HR team on cross-functionalprojects.
