As the Senior Manager Sales Finance – GSS you will be responsible for steering the financial planning and analysis across the Global Specialty Sales channel. Acting as a business partner to the GSS leadership team, this role drives financial performance management, identifies opportunities for growth and efficiency, and ensures the business operates with financial discipline and agility in a dynamic, competitive environment.
In addition to full monitoring and steering of the P&L, OWC, and financial planning processes, this role will deliver high-quality insights through sales analysis, KPI tracking (e.g., orderbook conversion, customer profitability, account growth), and investment appraisal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all FP&A activities for GSS organization, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting of full P&L as well as specific balance sheet items (inventory, receivables, payables).
- Act as a proactive partner to GSS leadership, providing financial insights to drive strategic decisions as well as seasonal and sub-category targets.
- Own management reporting packages (P&L, Balance Sheet), business cases (e.g., retail expansion, franchise investments), and commercial performance reviews.
- Monitoring and steering of Sales Working Budgets (SWB), COS Variances (Freight & Duty) and store level P&Ls.
- Identify risks and opportunities through in-depth variance analysis, scenario modeling, and facilitate related recommendations.
- Ensure forecast accuracy, target achievement, and cash flow optimization through robust financial planning and execution.
- Supporting and working closely with Credit Management to optimize customer portfolios, managing collection activities / bad debts as well as supporting customer onboarding through financial evaluation.
- Proactively manage medium sized projects and/or actively participate in larger projects; implement findings and ensure sustainability of achievements.
- Drive systems and data excellence by leveraging reporting tools such as SAC or Power BI.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Excellent MS-Office knowledge, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid experience with SAP and Power BI / MSTR
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in business administration or finance, MBA preferred
- 5+ years of FP&A or Commercial Finance experience, preferably in a multinational, consumer-driven organization.
- Business fluency in English (written and spoken)
