Your Role: We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Product Content Compliance to protect our platform from illegal products and harmful user-generated content (UGC). You will be responsible for balancing business growth with changing legal requirements while ensuring our platform meets the highest standards of product and content compliance. This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of regulations, and the ability to drive automation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Product management : Define seller experience needs, identifying gaps, feature enhancements, and opportunities.
Own and write business requirement documents with market analysis, product specifications, and seller stories to support lean and agile product and platform development.
Project Management : Drive product development with cross-functional teams, including analytics, design/UX, and engineering to monitor and deliver impact for the business and the sellers.
Strong communication skills : Release plans, backlog, and roadmaps to the different teams. Facilitate meetings and workshops that drive collaboration, prioritization, and most of all, maximize impact through good decision making.
Define user stories and user acceptance tests for the functionalities to ensure it is developed according to the business requirements.
Be the key point of contact from different business stakeholders (KAMs, Sellers Operations, Customer Care, User Research, etc.) and understand their needs/pain points and provide a solution in the short term (solve an issue) or mid-term (define new product functionality).

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Law, Business, Technology, or related field. 4+ years in compliance, trust safety, or risk management (e-commerce or tech preferred).
Proficient in SQL (tested during hiring) and data-driven decision-making. Experience with smart automation tools.
Deep understanding of EU e-commerce regulations (e.g., GPSR, DSA, etc).
Proven ability to build policies, manage teams, and optimize workflows.
Fluent in English (written/spoken); Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
Ability to navigate complex compliance challenges with a business-centric approach.
