In This Role, You Will - Oversee data validationstrategy, pipeline scalability, and quality assurance. - Innovateand execute advanced fine-tuning and distillation techniques (LoRA,QLoRA). - Develop rigorous experimentation frameworks to benchmarkand optimize model accuracy and efficiency. - Guide AI tooldevelopment (generative and classification). - Collaborate closelywith LPU providers to optimize model performance and deployment. -Collaborate with product teams, ensuring alignment of modeldevelopment with technical and business goals. - Own modelvalidation strategies for robustness and deployment readiness. YouAre a Great Fit If You Have - PhD or extensive Master''s in ComputerScience, Applied Mathematics, or related fields. - 5+ years leadinglarge-scale data initiatives, including pipeline architecture andquality assurance. - Expertise in fine-tuning and knowledgedistillation of transformer-based models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral,Gemma). - Advanced proficiency with PyTorch, Hugging Face, andcloud-based deployments. - Proven leadership and independentproject management skills.
