Job DescriptionYour key responsibilities in this role will be:Support other U.O. IT in the planning activities of IT projects, verifying their progress and guaranteeing first and second level assistance.Carry out the necessary analysis (detailed analysis/impact analysis) and software development activities.Understand business needs, evaluating technical solutions in line with the requirements.Create technical/functional documentation intended for the development of the identified solutions.What Makes You The Best Person For This JobExperience in troubleshooting of first and second level support.Experience in using Jira and Confluence tools.Previous experience in similar roles, preferably at Financial institutions and/or Fintech companies.Qualifications Needed To Be Successful In This RoleA degree (preferably in finance or related fields).At least 3 years of previous experience in similar positions.Good knowledge of the English language.Orientation to problem solving, effective communication, teamwork skills, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility under urgent deadlines.Ability to work well in a team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
