Youll take ownership of the full lifecycle of intelligent financial products, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and customer success teams to shape strategy, define features, and bring innovations to life in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What Youll DoDefine Product Strategy: Set and communicate a clear vision aligned with company objectives and emerging market needs. Identify opportunities to innovate and differentiate.Lead Discovery Research: Conduct market research, gather user insights, and analyze the competitive landscape to drive informed product decisions.Translate Business Needs into Action: Write business requirements and user stories. Ensure alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Own the Specs: Develop detailed product specifications in collaboration with engineering and design to guide accurate execution.Champion the User: Serve as the customer advocate. Gather and interpret feedback to build products that deliver value and delight.Partner Up: Engage directly with users and strategic partners to refine product-market fit and continuously evolve the offering.Drive Go-to-Market Success: Support marketing and customer success teams in developing effective product launches and user onboarding strategies.Track Optimise: Define KPIs, monitor product performance, and iterate based on insights.Internal Evangelist: Communicate progress and priorities across teams and stakeholders.
