Our partner is a well known national growing Tech company active in Cloud and Digital communication.
Due to their growth we are currently hiring an Unified Communications Expert.
The position
- Participate to the Design and build up of their UCaaS portfolio
- Keep a strong Business awareness through regular training and contact with communities
- Advise internally on technology evolution and integration.
- High level (3rd line) troubleshooting for complex and multi technologies issues
- Strong collaboration with other technical experts (Network, Security, etc)
The profile
- At least 3 years experience in Unified Communications technologies
- Good conceptual knowledge in Teams, VoIP, Cloud, SIP, etc
- Strong Communications and presentation skills
- Fluent in Dutch, French & English
- Interest in technologies awareness and willingness to evolve with them through workshops, training and certifications
