We are lookingfor a Compliance Specialist - EMEA In your role as ComplianceSpecialist in the EMEA region you support the development andimplementation of our formal Corporate Compliance program. Youassist the Compliance department in EMEA in implementing internalcontrols, performing continuous monitoring, testing and maintainingdatabases according to the monitoring activities. You support the231 Italian model implementation and sustainability. The position will reside within our Terumo NeuroEntity in Milan, Italy. What are your main responsibilities? -Assist in monitoring and testing programs on HCP engagementprocess, external funding, third-party management programs, andother processes identified as high-risk business interactions -Perform testing and monitoring (T&M) activities in accordancewith internal program and timelines, interacting with Finance -Prepare reports and analytics relevant to T&M activities andprepare follow-up communications and corrective actions - SupportTransparency Reporting program for the company: collectorganization and cleanse data on the frequency requested byregulations, ensuring effective reporting - Develop guidance andchecklist to support associate compliance with companysrequirements and boost a working environment where decisions aredriven by integrity - Help develop and expand the Compliancerisk-based monitoring program - Help support 231 modelimplementation and maintenance as applicable - Actively interactwith various corporate functions, and instruct and updateassociates on compliance risk areas, policies, and procedures -Coordinate with other compliance professional teams across theorganization to align monitoring and testing and leverage expertiseand lessons learned What will you bring in? - Compliancecertificate or relevant experience - 3-5 years of complianceexperience - Experience in Medical, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticalbusiness - Familiarity with third-party management, healthcareenvironment, Italian 231 model, and Transparency framework -Working knowledge of or familiarity with compliance statutes andlaws, both domestic and international - Ability to workindependently and as part of a team - Excellent written and verbalcommunication and interpersonal skills - Strong team-buildingskills - Proactivity and self-motivation - Strongorganizational/time management skills - High degree of accuracy andattention to detail - Excellent computer skills includingcompetency in presentation, word processing, and spreadsheetsoftware, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams - Goodknowledge of Concur and SAP - Ability to review and synthesize datainto meaningful reports - Efficient at handling and prioritizingmultiple projects in a service-oriented environment - Italian andEnglish language proficiency (business nomenclature) - Knowledge oflaws (e.g., Anti-kickback, False Claims Act, Foreign CorruptPractices Act, Sunshine Act, etc.), regulations, industry guidance,and best practices regarding compliant sales, marketing, andmedical activities (preferred) What can you expect? - An excitingand varied role in a well-known international company with anestablished market position - Attractive and performance-orientedcompensation structure - Comprehensive training and continuousprofessional development opportunities. - Modern work equipment -High work culture in a team of professionals
