A true fil rouge, a thread of passion that unites all his creations.We are seeking a client advisor for our boutique in Rome.Responsibilities:Welcome clients, promoting the brand culture and conveying the spirit of Antonio Marras; being a client advisor means being a Brand Ambassador for the brand;Achieve store sales objectives, constantly monitoring KPIs, using effective sales techniques (with particular attention to up selling and cross selling);Ensure the correct application of the Antonio Marras customer experience (sales ceremony) by providing excellent service pre and post-sale;Gather and update customer information and purchase history to develop a relevant client portfolio that helps understand their needs and buying attitudes;Contribute to creating a positive working environment and a team based on sharing know-how and best practices;Follow visual merchandising guidelines;Ensure proper stock replenishment and effective inventory management.Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury sector;Great passion for fashion, knowledge of trends, and strong sensitivity to the product;Excellent sales skills and goal orientation;Fluent knowledge of English; knowledge of a second language is a plus;Additional qualities include flexibility, dynamism, teamwork, excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and initiative.Work location: RomeWe support gender equality and promote an inclusive and fair environment.
