Were working on-site from our cosy Krakow office or in hybrid mode. Remote work is also possible, but a presence in Krakow every few weeks is welcome as were a small team, and every member is involved in the companys life and development so there is no better way to align than having a coffee together. The Role Were looking for a skilled PHP Developer, preferably working in Laravel and having frontend experience in React.Js, with at least 2 years of commercial experience and good English proficiency. Youll join our well-functioning development team, receiving support and mentorship from our CTO. We expect you to confidently and quickly take responsibility for tasks and projects while considering and respecting your experience level and personal development goals. Requirements Commercial experience - At least 2 years of experience working as a developer (not necessarily full-stack) Communicative English - most of our projects are for international clients, and developers are often engaged in communication, brainstorming, and meetings. A communicative level of English and good social skills are important. Good knowledge of PHP and its frameworks (preferably Symfony and/or Laravel) Solid understanding of relational databases, such as MySQL and PostgreSQL Good understanding of frontend, preferably with experience in React.Js Good understanding of REST APIs Strong knowledge of HTML/SCSS and a systematic approach to responsive design Proficiency in Git version control General good understanding of digital product structure and architecture Nice to have - knowledge of any: Web Analytics node.Js (Express.Js or/and Nest.Js) Styled-components, Tailwind CSS, or Storybook Docker Next.Js Experience with inertia.Js AWS or other cloud infrastructure Knowledge of some of those open-source PHP platforms: WordPress, WooCommerce, PIMCore, Matomo The offer Full-time B2B contract with fully paid days off Meaningful position with a direct impact on products and user experience Hybrid model, with flexibility regarding days in office Well-located office in Krakow, Podgrze, with good coffee and nice dogs on board An open and appreciative organisational culture based on trust and respecting work-life balance Gear including Macbook Pro
