It significantly contributes to Pfizer Italy''s success and is the main driver of growth for the coming years. With an overall 2024 business of 300M, a strong position of Vyndaqel in 2024 (revenue 150M, 47% growth), and further growth potential beyond 2025 with four new launches expected, the category is poised for growth, impact, and visibility.The Specialty Care Lead will oversee all aspects of the Specialty business and is the sole accountable for the Specialty Care P&L in Italy. They will manage an organization of nearly 70 colleagues, including marketing functions and 50 customer-facing team members. This role involves close collaboration with the One Pfizer Customer Engagement Platform team to drive excellence in Vyndaqel strategy at regional and account levels. The Lead will also coordinate cross-functional teams, including Medical, Finance, Access & Value, Corporate Affairs, and other relevant functions, to achieve revenue and IBT targets and grow the portfolio in Italy.
