The Product Planning Specialist is responsible forplanning internal production lines and has direct accountabilityfor a specific line of business (pharmaceutical form). Furthermore,he/she will serve as the key reference for related Stock Management(FP/SMF Working Capital), ensuring optimal supply performance andeffective inventory control. Key Responsibilities: - Elaborate theRCCP for 24 months (rough cut capacity plan), aggregatecapacity-constrained and balanced PoR for network review ofcapacity issues. - Review previous months'' volumes to highlightmain variations and conduct root cause analysis for monthlyforecast submission. - Collaborate with the Site Scheduling Team toresolve asset balancing trade-offs, ensuring sufficient supplyperformance. - Review high-level supply requirements across thefull constrained horizon and prioritize orders based on marketinventory position and SKU segmentation. - S&OE (Sales &Operation Execution) Governance: a) Participate in weekly supplygovernance calls to troubleshoot low stock issues and balance costvs. supply trade-offs; b) Track root causes and prioritizeremediation and prevention actions. - FP/SMF Inventory Projection:Evaluate internal production to balance absorption costs vs.working capital objectives. Requirements: - Bachelor''s degree inSupply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relatedfield. - Previous experience in supply planning, demand planning,or inventory management within the pharmaceutical industry is aplus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with adata-driven approach. - Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills. - Proficiency in supply chain planning tools andERP systems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentand manage multiple priorities.
