Head of Levy Search Permanent Solutions Team Lead

Levy Search is looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially savvy and people-first leader to take charge of our Permanent Solutions division. As the Head of Levy Search, youll lead and grow a high-performing team of 360 Recruitment Consultants, drive strategic client partnerships, and help expand our international presence.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the direction and success of our Search division, working with fast-scaling companies across IT, Data, FinTech, and more. Youll be both a team manager and a commercial driver, someone who leads by example in business development, client success, and talent attraction. Youll also have the chance to build and shape your own high-performing team from the ground up.

Who are you?
Youre someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings and knows how to turn ideas into action. Youre a commercial thinker, natural coach, and inspirational leader.
Our ideal candidate has:
5+ years of experience in a commercial recruitment agency (perm, 360 or search & selection)
At least 12 years of team leadership or mentorship experience
A strong business development mindset and proven track record of building client portfolios
Deep understanding of recruitment within tech-driven markets (IT, FinTech, Data, or similar)
A Bachelor''s or Masters degree (or equivalent working experience)
Fluent English and Dutch levels
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools such as Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter
An international mindset and a genuine passion for people, growth, and performance
