You will join our Oversight, Quality & Controls (OQC) team in the Global Markets Operations as a Oversight Quality Officer (F/H) for a 3-month term.

The OQC sector is part of the Global Markets Operations department, which includes post-market activities such as Trade support, middle and back office. The sector acts as a correspondent for internal auditors (Inspections, Compliance, and operational risk management) and regulators, overseeing GMO data quality and responsible for GMO indicators datalake.

Your role involves supporting the lead OQC expert who supervises controls, recommendations, corrective actions, and compliance with outsourced and nearshored services, contributing to the management of non-financial risks in the first line of defense.

Daily responsibilities include:

  1. Establishing an effective control steering system and tracking remediation plans;
  2. Ensuring compliance with SLAs for nearshored and outsourced services;
  3. Serving as the point of contact for stakeholder requests (Control Tower, Compliance, Risks, Audit, Inspection);
  4. Reviewing and updating operational and managerial controls on GMO platforms, assessing relevance, defining rules, and mapping with process flowcharts in IgrafX;
  5. Contributing to Business Impact Analyses, updating the Document Management Tool on SharePoint, and implementing quality assurance action plans.
