For our QHSE Department based in Parma, we are looking for a Junior HSE Engineer to support the HSE management system, HSE initiatives, and projects.Duties and responsibilities:Actively participate in the identification of mandatory HSE requirements and regulations and update the relevant database;Participate in the preparation of HSE guidelines, plans, and procedures;Contribute to the preparation and implementation of HSE initiatives;Involve in all initiatives to support the projects;Participate in the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification process;Propose HSE special initiatives aimed at pursuing constant reduction in incidents and ensuring continuous improvement and implementation of international best practices;Participate in the bidding phase by preparing the required QHSE documentation and collaborating with other departments.Requirements:Technical background (degree in engineering or similar);2-3 years of experience in the role;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Qualification of auditor and/or the certification of the HSE Management System will be a preferential qualification.Place of work: Parma, available to travel.Seniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Engineering and OtherIndustries: Oil and Gas and ConstructionThis position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
