JD.com is seeking a Cross-Border Operations Planner to support and optimize international logistics and customs operations. Work closely with customs authorities, brokers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless import/export processes.
Utilize data analytics and technology to enhance operational efficiency and visibility.
Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on customs compliance requirements .
Minimum 2 years of experience in cross-border logistics, customs operations, or supply chain management .
Fluency in Chinese language is preferred, but it is not mandatory for this role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, or other supply chain management tools is a plus.
