Electrical Site Supervisor - Utility-Scale Solar Project OnsiteEarthstream is partnering with an international renewables company preparing to commence construction on two large solar projects in Italy. We are seeking experienced electrical site supervisors to assist in delivering these projects.This role is essential for ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all electrical works onsite, aligning with project timelines and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works, including cables, systems, inverters, transformers, and grid connection components.Oversee subcontractors and site electricians, ensuring safety, timeliness, and quality standards are met.Ensure compliance with project designs, electrical specifications, local regulations, and health & safety policies.Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and quality checks.Liaise with the project manager, client representatives, and other stakeholders to report progress, address issues, and coordinate activities.Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and material tracking.Requirements:35 years of experience supervising electrical works, preferably on utility-scale solar, renewable energy, or large infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of electrical installations, grid connections, and industry standards.Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.Excellent understanding of site health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Valid driving license and willingness to be site-based.Fluent in Italian and English.Experience with large solar PV systems (20MW+) and high-voltage (HV) installations.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionServices for Renewable Energy and Construction#J-18808-Ljbffr
