As a trusted voice for many leading organizations, we drive safety, performance, industry standards, and innovative solutions for global challenges.About The RoleThe Lead Auditor at DNV Business Assurance Italy leads audit teams in performing assessments aligned with DNV standards, international standards, or equivalent national standards, following established methodologies and rules.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular audit activities in the field.Manage client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction.Perform audits efficiently and in accordance with instructions, quality systems, and formal agreements.Ensure the independence of the DNV scheme is maintained.Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent.Plan, execute, report, and follow-up on audits within agreed timelines and budgets.Uphold professional standards and demonstrate core competence.Develop positive client relationships and contribute to a positive work environment.Coordinate with team members and support professional development.Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients.Use auditing tools correctly and manage data for certification processes.Support project management with back-office tasks such as confirming activities with customers.QualificationsExperience as a Senior Lead Auditor on MSC schemes (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, preferably ISO 50001).Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to build strong customer relationships.Experience managing audit teams.Strong auditing skills, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain client relations.Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.Proficient in basic software and IT tools.High integrity and professionalism.What We OfferWe offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to contribute to global safety and quality standards.
