As a Product Manager in the infrastructure segment, you will take ownership of driving features, products, and services. What will you do
- Responsible for NDT family products (electronic sensors & software) in the construction industry.
- Develop long-term product roadmap & strategy aligned with the company business strategy.
- Achieve product development from ideation, market requirement definitions, prototype field tests, pricing to global launch.
- Continuously interact with the infrastructure segment product management team, UX, technology developers, supply chain as well as other various stakeholders to co-create and evangelize the product vision.
- Collect & use customer feedback to track product performance and ensure maintenance.
- Train and assist sales with technical support (hands-on, webinar & events), including travel as needed.
What do we expect
- 5 years + experience in Product management in B2B electronics & software products with a proven track record in launching new products & sales technical sales support.
- Engineering background (Electronics, Software or Mechanics). Experience in the construction industry and knowledge of NDT is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and fulfill the relay function between supply chain, R&D, sales & marketing.
- Business analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to listen & understand customer use cases in the field and derive product requirements.
- Strong communicator & hands-on skills.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
