NTU as consortium leader has been shortlisted for anew EU funded project in Georgia: Georgia goes Green and issearching for experts to support the core team during theimplementation of this project.Location: Georgia.Duration: Theintended start date is 01/09/2025 and the period of implementationof the contract will be 22 months from this date.CommunicationsSpecialist: Professional Experience:5-10 years of experience in:designing and implementing communication strategies; leading orcoordinating awareness-raising campaigns and marketing activities;developing communication and visibility materials.Prior experiencein these areas within EU-funded or donor-funded assistance projectsin Georgia is highly desirable. Thematic Knowledge:Demonstratedunderstanding of: environmental protection; climate changemitigation and adaptation; green transition strategiesFamiliaritywith concepts such as decarbonization, biodiversity, circulareconomy, and public engagement in sustainability. LanguageProficiency:Excellent written and spoken English (minimum C1 levelas per CEFR).Excellent written and spoken Georgian (minimum C1level as per CEFR).Key Responsibilities (Indicative):Lead thedevelopment and implementation of integrated communicationcampaigns, tailored to regional and sectoral contexts.Ensurecampaigns are emotionally resonant, gender-sensitive, and alignedwith EU visibility guidelines and branding.Design communicationstrategies that include: stakeholder engagement plans; monitoring& evaluation frameworks; crisis communicationcomponents.Produce a wide variety of digital and print materials(infographics, press kits, social media content, videos,etc.).Coordinate public outreach efforts with civil society,influencers, educators, youth networks, and media.Monitor andevaluate campaign outcomes using performance indicators such asVTR, CTR, CPR, and adapt accordingly.Support storytelling andvisibility for EU-funded environmental and climate projects throughsuccess stories and event media.Ensure accessibility of materialsin English, Georgian, and minority languages where relevant.If youare interested in this opportunity, please apply and upload your CVvia LinkedIn or sent to recruitment@ntu.eu.
