On-Site Maintenance Manager Salary: 85k - 110k gross per year Location: De Lier (Netherlands) Now you have the opportunity to become part of a well-functioning and responsible On-Site Maintenance Manager team. Responsibilities: As a driven team builder and coach, you are responsible for cultivating a customer-oriented culture within the maintenance team Together with your team, you contribute to the proper functioning of the corrugator equipment, periphery and the satisfaction of the customer. You develop and control the processes, continuous weak point analysis and subsequent optimization through continuous improvements You directly manage approximately 12+ FTE (maintenance technicians, team leads, spare parts coordinators) You will be responsible for staffing (24/7) and overall compliance and performance of the teams You prepare reports, periodically deliver KPI statistics and trend analyses and ensure measurable and traceable departmental performance You will oversee all major planned and unplanned repairs, with the aim of ensuring that machine uptime is maximized, maintenance costs are minimized and all work is carried out in a safe manner You will monitor parts inventory, tool inventory and ensure that cost control measures are applied at all times You will be responsible for data quality and the correct use of the iCorr MOS (Maintenance and Operation Software) You work closely with the Maintenance Manager, Production Managers, Team Leaders and Plant Managers of the customer to optimize maintenance and productivity procedures and improve customer profitability You ensure compliance with health and safety instructions Requirements: You have a completed HBO or WO diploma in the direction of technical business administration or a technical field You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer management or similar position You have at least 5 years of experience in management and are hands-on You have experience with fundamental maintenance principles (OEE, TPM, etc.) You have experience in managing maintenance engineers and technicians and see challenges in every obstacle You are politically sensitive and have experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders You have strong communication skills, are accurate and customer-oriented You are good in setting priorities, thinking ahead and being solution-oriented You are stress-resistant, ensures overview and structure in the work You have good expressive skills in Dutch and/or English, both verbally and in writing You have a flexible attitude and no 9 to 5 mentality You have a driver''s license and your own transportation We offer you: ~ High-tech work environment ~ Varied position at tactical, strategic level and day to day business in customer management ~ Full-time position of 40 hours per week ~ Attractive monthly salary and excellent employment conditions depending on your knowledge and experience ~ Bonus at the end of the year after achieving defined KPI targets ~30 days of vacation
