Rewards & Benefits - 40K - 60KBasic Salary (dependent on experience) - Additional 1 Month Salarypaid as a bonus each December - Performance Bonus - 15-20KOvertime (paid at 1.5x) - 600 Vacation Pay - Company Car (withprivate use allowed) - Travel Expenses - All local requirements Pension, Healthcare, Holidays etc About The Role As a PLCProgrammer / Automation Engineer you will work from a home officeand be responsible for: - Spending 20-30% of your time on customersites (pharmaceutical manufacturers across Italy) with the rest ofyour time providing automation and troubleshooting support viaphone and remote access. - Corrective maintenance and disasterrecovery on Rockwell ControlLogix and Scada Systems. - Systemconfiguration and automation upgrades and amends. - Operating in amethodical approach to troubleshoot electrical and automationmachine failures. - Completing service visit reports. -Communicating effectively both internally and externally. About YouThe successful candidate will possess at least 2 years'' experienceprogramming and troubleshooting PLCs such as Siemens, Rockwell etc.Candidates must speak advance level English, a good level ofItalian and be comfortable with travel and nights away when needed.A degree level education is beneficial, but not essential, as isexperience working in a cleanroom or sterile environment. It is,however, essential you have a logical and methodical approach tofinding faults and be comfortable with PLC Programming and problemidentification.
