The Technical Sales Manager will work closely with Sales Managers in the regions, Global Key Account Managers, Marketing, and R&D functions to better penetrate key customers, build on Elementis brand image, and drive new sales opportunities and long-term success. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive unparalleled technical support, driving product excellence and customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesLead technical expertise across the entire EMEA region: Drive the team to achieve business objectives and accelerate the creation of new business opportunities across all tiers.Manage customer projects: Collaborate with technology, marketing, and sales teams to resolve technical issues related to product formulation and manufacturing. Develop and strengthen technical relationships with current and new customers. Understand their strategic directions and pain points, and introduce Elementiss value proposition to support their plans.Drive product innovation: Ensure market needs, customer expectations, and regulatory standards are met in collaboration with R&D and marketing teams.
