We are looking for aIDAM & Workplace Medior Engineer (M/F)
Your main responsibilities:
- Support the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Windows operating systems
- Help perform regular updates and security patches to ensure system stability and security
- Monitor system performance and assist in resolving technical issues related to Windows environments
- Create basic PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and enhance the efficiency of IT processes
- Assist in managing user accounts, groups, and organizational units in Active Directory
- Help design, deploy, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO) to control user and computer configurations
- Support the deployment and management of mobile devices and computers using Microsoft Intune
- Help configure security and compliance policies for managed devices
- Monitor and resolve issues related to Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM)
- Integrate Power Automate with other services and applications to create automated solutions
- Document problems and solutions to improve incident resolution processes
- Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure their success
- Use Jira to plan, track, and manage IT projects
- Use ServiceNow for incident, service request, and change management
Your profile:
- Minimum Bachelor in IT Engineering or similar
- Min 3 years experience in a similar role
- ITIL V3 foundation or V4
- Strong Active Directory Knowledge
- Scripting Powershell
- Power Automate & Orchestrator Knowledge
- Knowledge of Field Services activities
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Knowledge of Azure
- Curious with Cloud solutions (ChatBot, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence...) and their possible benefits for the domain of activity
- Hands-on activities for initiating and promotingnew technologies
- Fluent English and French
