Responsibilities
- Daily accounting (payables, receivables, payments, reminders)
- Correspondance with worldwide branch offices, partner agents and customers
- Participate in closing and the preparation of various intercompany reports
- Manage daily e-mail traffice
- Purchase supplies and manage orders according to team needs
- Various other administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Degree in accounting or related field
- Previous accounting experience
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Good level or oral and written French and English, a plus if you speak German
- Rigorous, organized and a good team player
- Experience in international business
