Job DescriptionThe Salvation Army, an internationally recognized non-profit, faith-based organization, has a job opening for a Program Director for the Florence Corps located in Florence, AL.About This Opportunity:Plans, directs, coordinates, and monitors the day-to-day operations of a Social Service Program such as Transitional Living, Homeless Services, Child Care Services, Emergency Services, Crisis Intervention Services; develops, implements, and evaluates program operations and services;Supervises all program staff and ensures work complies with policies, procedures, and regulations; researches and prepares grant proposals; secures funding; monitors expenditures within the budget;This description is not all-inclusive.
