The company

They are is currently looking for a Sales Manager to join their Benelux team.
The Role
- Identify and develop indirect distribution channels, including B2C Pro Retail, B2B Wholesale and E-commerce in Benelux.
- Manage and acquire new key account clients focusing on retail sectors.
- Oversee the complete order process and successfully launch marketing initiatives.
- Manage after-sales, client relationships, and supply responsibilities.
- Establish sell-in and sell-out opportunities while acting as the KPI owner and managing the budget.
- Drive retail customer revenue management for physical stores and B2C websites.
- Maximize potential across B2C, B2B, E-commerce, and wholesale by implementing tailored marketing initiatives and growing partnerships.
Your Profile
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with proven track record working with retail clients / FMCG (must have!).
- You possess the skills to autonomously manage relationships, develop long-term strategies, and inspire clients and colleagues.
- You are willing to travel for business meetings and participate in weekend seminars.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French.
- You are an analytical thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- You hold a valid category B driving license.
